We are stranded. Our car is dead (temporarily) and that left us lots of time today to finish unpacking and decorating. We FINALLY got the "free wireless" our new city provides and have been able to check emails and post. We REALLY LOVE our new place. Its brand new, fairly spacious, and very cozy. We got a new coffee/hot cocoa maker and have had lots of warm drinks while snuggling up to watch the snow. Tomorrow we will have vehicles, cable, and a free evening to explore our new city.
These pictures are from the last few days, Rita's going away lunch, and just a few of our favorite little people. We are probably driving them crazy calling all the time but there is a definite emptiness in our hearts not seeing those adorable faces in person. When the place is cleaner we will take pics of our decorated place and post them.
One more thing... many of our dear friends have come into parenthood lately so we would like to send congratulations and welcome to the world:

Glad to hear you are settling in. We missed you guys this week. Good luck to you both as you begin your first day at work. Be careful driving in the snow - I'm sure it's not the same as Lubbock snow. Rita, you inspired me to start up a blog for the kiddos. Keep in mind it's still a work in progress. I figure it's one of the best ways to keep you guys updated on the little people in our home. OMG! Susanna and I saw our pix! We sure do miss you. The snow is beautiful in those pictures! Let's see...it's been in the 70's over here and might just hit 80 by Spring Break! :) Be careful out there and I sure hope your first day of work went well. You will do just fine! Hey!
