Another Angel In Heaven

Days like today we feel quite far from home.  My Tio Manuel passed away this morning.  This was my dad's last living brother.  I can't remember a time when we took family vacations as a kid that he wasn't there.  He was a very loving person and I was so blessed to know him as closely as I did.  I wish I could have kissed him goodbye.  I doubt I will get to come home for the funeral.  Detroit feels a million miles away now.  There will be a candle lit in his honor at the Notre Dame Grotto.  Please pray for the comfort and healing of my family.
